NY Yankees Youth Parade Information

Dear Little League families, 

Attached you will find the Yankee Game & Youth Parade Ticket Order Form.  If you did not receive one from your head coach, please feel free to print out what you need. 

Remember, we are asking that you fill out 1 FORM PER PLAYER, with all the pertinent player, team and contact information.  If you are submitting more than 1 form, there is no need to duplicate your ticket request on all forms.  You may write your ticket quantities on 1 form and staple together with your additional player forms.  

We will be accepting order forms and payments (check/cash), at the Washington Park Field House at the following times:
Monday, May 7th from 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Thursday, May 10th from 7:30pm - 8:30pm
*Checks should be made out to Pequannock Little League*

As previously stated, our Field 100-Level seating is extremely limited.  If you would like to order these tickets, please leave the ticket quantity blank on your order form until you come to the Washington Park Field House. If you are paying by check, please leave the amount blank as well.  As we are taking ticket order forms and payment, we will let you know if we have your desired quantity of tickets available for that section.  We understand the great demand for these particular seats.  The Yankees just do not have the availability to give us more this year.  We have already spoken with our Yankees representative about acquiring more Field Level seats for our group next year.  We GREATLY appreciate your patience and flexibility with our seating situation.  
We have received a few questions regarding the number of coaches walking in the Youth Parade.  It is important to note, as per NY Yankees policy, there will be
1 COACH PER 10 PLAYERS allowed to walk on the field.  These positions will be filled by head coaches first and then, if we don't have enough, assistant coaches will be asked.  If your child's head coach is not attending the game, he/she can still walk in the parade and will be placed with another coach.  In those situations, we will do our best to accommodate requests for a particular pairing, but we must also keep the groups even.  If you are not comfortable with any part of this, you may still attend the game and your player does not have to walk in the parade.  Our first priority is the safety of our players and coaches.  We want everyone to feel comfortable and have fun!

You will receive detailed instructions, regarding the procedures of Youth Parade, with your tickets.  If you have players walking in the Youth Parade, please plan on being at Yankee Stadium by 9:30am.

We are pleased to announce that we are ready to officially take your ticket orders for the Youth Parade & Yankee Game, taking place on Sunday, May 27th.

Thank you so much for your patience and for your responses to our â??pre-countâ?? of attendees for our outing to Yankee Stadium. Due to the overwhelming response we received, it was necessary for us to obtain more seats for the game.  The ticket selections will be as follows:

Main Level Section 224/225        $78 per ticket     

Field Level Section 109/110         $55 per ticket     

Main Level Section 233A/234     $28 per ticket   

Please note that Main Level Sections 224/225 are more expensive because of their proximity to Home Plate.  All of these seats are given to us at a 50% discount of retail pricing.  As stated in the previous email, our Field Level seating is extremely limited this year.  We have the most seats available in Main Level Sections 233A/234. Seating requests will be accommodated on a first come, first serve basis. We appreciate your flexibility in regard to the seat availability this year.  

In regard to the ticket order forms, we are asking that you fill out 1 FORM PER PLAYER in your family. For example... if you have two players that will be walking in the parade, please submit 2 forms. Each player walking in the parade gets their own form due to the information we are requesting.  

We will be at the Washington Park Field House accepting order forms and payment (check/cash) on Monday, May 7th from 6:30pm - 7:30pm and Thursday, May 10th from 7:30pm - 8:30pm.  If you need to make other arrangements to submit your order form and payment, please contact me at the email listed below. 


Please pick up your teamâ??s ticket order forms tomorrow, May 5th, at the Washington Park snack stand.  They will be available after 9am.  If you need to make other arrangements to get them, please contact me at the email listed below.
